How to Claim Your Personal Property
***If you receive a popup box that states "Duplicate Last 6 Found", please do not schedule and contact our office at 800-238-5889 option 6 to get scheduled. Please do NOT proceed with booking the appointment online.***
ONLY the Registered Owner on file may retrieve personal property.
If you wish to have someone other than the Registered Owner to retrieve personal property we must be provided written authorization from your lender to do so – NO EXCEPTIONS
All personal property is removed from the vehicle, itemized and bagged
You may NOT have access to the vehicle – NO EXCEPTIONS
Items are stored for up to 60 days
After 60 days ALL personal property is disposed of – NO EXCEPTIONS
To avoid additional charges please bring in a working key for the repossessed vehicle. This will help with the retrieval of your property in the event of a locked glove box or trunk and eliminate additional costs to you if a key has to be made
A valid photo identification MUST be presented when picking up your personal property – NO EXCEPTIONS
Retrieval of Personal Property is by APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk-ins will be seen – NO EXCEPTIONS
All loose items are removed from the vehicle
All food and liquids will not be stored and will be disposed of – NO EXCEPTIONS
IF YOU COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS, you may make an appointment to retrieve your personal property by using the button to the right
Hours of operation are by appointment only – NO EXCEPTIONS
THERE ARE NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE LIMIT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VISITORS WITH YOU TO OUR LOCATION. THE WAITING ROOM IS SMALL AND MAY NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY AS WE WOULD LIKE YOUR VISIT TO BE AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE.
