Summary:

This position manages and directs the UAR remote office while providing excellent customer service.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•     Oversee day to day operations

•     Coordinate property and unit releases for remote location

•     Effectively communicate with corporate release office to ensure proper documentation for

payment and release of units

●     Assist transporters in release of units for auction

●     Complete inventory of personal property and input proper information into repossession

software

●     Relay pertinent information to agents in regards to active accounts

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• College Degree preferred

• 3 years office experience required

• 1 year management experience

• Innovative, creative and seeks challenges

• Ability to handle stress and multiple priorities

• Flexible and self-confident

• Effective command skills, competent management and organizational skills required

• Possess strong conflict resolution skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Intermediate computer skills

• Valid drivers license
