How to Redeem Your Vehicle

Once you have satisfied your lender, the lender will generate a Vehicle Redemption Release (VRR)

***If you receive a popup box that states "Duplicate Last 6 Found", please do not schedule and contact our office at 800-238-5889 option 6 to get scheduled. Please do NOT proceed with booking the appointment online.***

  1. The lender will email or fax the VRR to United

  2. United CAN NOT make an appointment for you to redeem your vehicle until United receives the VRR from your lender and all fees for storage, redemption, etc. have been paid in full – NO EXCEPTIONS

  3. The cost to you for vehicle storage, property storage, administration fees or any combination of these cannot be quoted to you until AFTER the VRR has been received by United 

  4. You MUST have a VALID driver’s license (not an expired one) to redeem your vehicle

  5. Only the registered owner on file or an authorized 3rd party may redeem the vehicle (must be included in the VRR from your lender) – NO EXCEPTIONS

  6. Vehicle redemption is by APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk-ins will be seen – NO EXCEPTIONS

  7. IF YOU COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS, you may make an appointment to retrieve your vehicle by using the button to the right

  8. THERE ARE NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS

  9. NO CHILDREN PLEASE

  10. PLEASE LIMIT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VISITORS WITH YOU TO OUR LOCATION. THE WAITING ROOM IS SMALL AND MAY NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY AS WE WOULD LIKE YOUR VISIT TO BE AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE.
